Geocache Description:

Congratulations to TeamPacRat for his FTF !!

Located in a second no-name park in College Point, this cache is a camouflaged Bison tube. It replaces a previous hide that some questioned its validity. The neighbors put up a no trespassing sign but the County Leisure Services stated that what belongs to the county, belongs to the citizens. The County has added a gate and the park is now identified. See The Park is Established. Stealth will be required. Take care in retrieving the tube and please replace the way you found it. Bring your own pencil.
