A traditional micro cache at a Sheringham viewpoint in beautiful North Norfolk.
Hooks Hill was renamed in 1903, and took the name of the benefactor who gave the hill to the town of Sheringham "For the enjoyment of All". However, the old name does live on - If you are observant you will understand. This is a straightforward cache, whose main purpose is to take you to a location with a nice view : It is well worth climbing the extra bit of path to the top of the hill in order to enjoy this view, although the vegetation has grown up over the last few years, so you only get sea glimpses. Please make sure you cover the cache again afterwards, as it is not too far from the path, and I am keen to avoid muggle interference. The path is quite steep, and would not be suitable for pushchairs. However, it is only a short walk from where you can park.
