Really easy walk to get very near the cache site, however, there is a little scrabbling to get the final position.
This cache site is a short walk past a site that once was the Rising Sun Pub. Sadly the pub burnt down in April 1980 in the severe snow storms experienced that year (as the fire brigade had problems getting there in time).
This cache site has lovely views across the Holme Valley and, as the title suggests, is a great site to exerience a lovely sunset (should the weather permit).
The cache is a small plastic lock top box that originally contained:
