This is the sixth in a cache series based on phobias. Most everybody has a phobia of some type, what is yours?
So what is claustrophobia (klo?s-tr?-'fo-be-?)?
Claustrophobia is one of the most common phobias. Claustrophobia is characterized by panic that is a result of being in enclosed spaces. It is not just the fear of being in an enclosed space, but the fear of what could happen if the claustrophobic becomes confined to said area. Often, when confined to an area, claustrophobics begin to fear suffocation, believing that there may be a lack of air in the area to which they are confined.
