A minor amount of bushwacking is necessary, but it is pretty level ground. If you take Jay St. off Redoubt Rd. you might save a parking fee.

Apparently the difficulty rating was too low for the out of towners so we upped it to 2.5...good luck
This is a Bison but dont let the size fool you. Every once in a while we on our travels we see something odd in the woods and it is interesting to see what it Really Is. The family and I use this parking area to park our shuttle car when we Drift this section of river. We are happy Swiftwater Park is heavily Wooded still and not been developed too much. Enjoy
