WCP stands for "Working Class People."
WCP is a series of caches that pay tribute to the Working Class People. As in all things, some of these made it and some failed. Hope you don't fail in finding them!
Manny always liked to help his parents plant the summer garden while growing up and loved to see the results. He took this love of plants and turned in into a job, as he became a Master Gardener. He works at a large plant store and was hired to create a Children's Garden for the city. He has created a beautiful garden but it has had it's share of vandelism lately so he can be found hiding out to catch those who want to destroy all his beautiful plants. Enjoy the garden while here searching for Manny.
