Geocache Description:

You are looking for the largest tree of this species that has been found to date in North Carolina.
The container is a small glass specimen bottle with a log sheet only. It is hidden on the tree within easy reach of a child.

This tree is located on Medoc Mountain State Park in Halifax county. It is off of the main trail system. I would suggest that you go by the park office and pick up a copy of their trails map or visit the following link for a PDF copy of this map (visit link)
