Jasper Ralph 13: I had a formidable replacement constructed and good intentions here. But admittedly I can't get to it for a while yet. Regrettably, I'm going to archive. Good news is that I have a nice container for a future hide. Thanks to all that visited and enjoyed this cache.

LAZY SUSAN Another location within the Columbia WMA waiting to be explored. Trail to final is moderately steep and takes you past a nice rhododendron grove. For the more avid explorer, I've provided way points to some more modern ruins further up the trail. Nothing extremely spectacular, probably better explored when the foliage is gone. I'm thinking it's pre interstate 80. I always try to imagine when these places were occupied. Who was there, where were the roads, what they did, how it looked back then, etc.. Hunting permitted, cache accordingly during open seasons and don't dress like a deer. As always: Good luck, have fun, be safe, CITO and cache on!
