Guy de Rougemont , peintre et
sculpteur né en 1935 à Paris a conçu cette Fontaine monumentale
érigée en 1986 au milieu du Faubourg de France, zone piétonnière et
commercante du centre ville de Belfort. Sa mise au point fut longue
et elle ne fonctionne pas toujours par jour de vent.
Guy de Rougemont , painter and sculptor born
in 1935 in Paris has designed this fountain raised in 1986 in the
middle of the "Faubourg de France", pedestrian and shopping area of
Belfort town center. Adjustements took time and it doesn't work as
soon as weather is windy.
