Until we can replace the missing ammo box cache, this will serve as a historical marker cache only as it appears the original container has gone missing.
There is a State of Texas Historical Marker at this location that describes the settlement and importance of the West Island portion of Galveston.
This is on the side of a small road that leads to a public beach access point and is along side a neighborhood so beware of Muggles.
