Shenzhen library, Shenzhen Book Mall and Children's Palace are located on adjacent corner.

少年宫站是深圳地铁4号线的北端终点站。车站位于深圳市中心区中轴线以东，处在市民中心后花园，位于莲花山的南侧，车站的东侧是深圳少年宫，西侧是文化公园的「地园」和「儿童公园」，车站的南北方向位于红荔路与福中一路之间。
少年宫站共设有四个出口。
A出口：通往金田路、深圳市少年宫、深业花园、中银大厦、地铁大厦、天健世纪花园等地。
B出口：通往金田路、深圳市少年宫、莲花山公园、莲花中学、关山月美术馆、雅颂居等地。
C出口：通往鹏程三路、书城中心城、儿童医院、音乐厅、图书馆、江苏大厦等地。
D出口：通往鹏程四路、中心书城、儿童医院、音乐厅、图书馆、江苏大厦等地。
