Geocache Description:

Eastborough is a small city completely contained within the city of Wichita. It was established in 1937 when two small swanky communities combined, Woodlawn & Eastborough. The residents of Eastborough are very private and take great pride in their city, so please be respectful of it and the lovely walking path this cache is located on. To learn more about the city of Eastborough, visit www.Eastborough.net

To gain access to the cache, you will need to park at Eastborough park, N 37° 40.818 W 097° 15.645, then enjoy a short walk to the east along the landscaped walking path. Do not try accessing the cache from S. Mission Rd, as there is no parking and there will be no way to disguise your suspicious efforts. The easiest access to the park is from Woodlawn Street, near Kellogg. Turn East onto E. Peach Tree Ln, then turn South on Lakeside Blvd. Parking is limited to only 5 slots here. If upon arrival, you find all 5 parking slots to be full, you will need to try again another time as the Eastborough Police Dept will not hesitate to ticket you. The three most important rules to follow while visiting Eastborough is 1) Do not exceed the 20mph City speed limit, 2) Do not trespass onto any Private Drives (they look like streets, so be careful), and 3) Do not park anywhere but in designated parking areas, especially Not on any streets. Good Luck and Enjoy.
