This cache is located at the home of the international Whistling Convention. In Spring, competiitors from around the world converge to pucker up and compete.
The nearby motel housed Japanese competitors some of whom had to wear face masks to fight off the seasonal pollen.
If you find a climb necessary to reach the cache, you need to try another approach. This should be a park and grab.
Because of the high retaining wall, don't let little children wander.
