After driving all over Kansas this year to score some finds in the different counties and De Lorme challenge squares we thought that we would help out our fellow cachers and place a couple of new caches along the way.
This cache will help you is 4 ways:
A square in the De Lorme challenge (GCQ0XH)
A county for the Kansas 105 county challenge (GCZRAN)
A letter of the alphabet for the Kansas ABC challenge (GC1HAR6)
A smiley because this cache is a gimme.
You are looking for a small plastic container. It is located about 6 feet off of the ground in the tree. It is not visible from the ground unless you are really tall. The cache is not very far down in the tree.
This little rest stop has a nice playground, shelters, restrooms, grill, RV and Semi parking and its an easy on and off of the main road. Good Luck.
