Geocache Description:

A micro near the Chantilly Library. Bring your own pencil/pen.

Don’t you hate when you turn borrowed materials in late?
It doesn’t matter if it is CDs or books.
There’s just no way I can borrow from the library without paying a fine.

Dozens of times so far this year, I have paid fines (see some below).
Only it doesn’t stop me from doing it again.
There are dollars and dollars down the drain.
