Geocache Description:

Day 1 of the Israel Trail North to South. Very easy to find
It looks like it is missing! Can the next Geo-Cacher please bring a new box to help revive this site?

This is the first (and probably the easiest) cache planted by the Shulems on their 29 day, 450 Km, trek starting in Tel Dan and ending at the Kotel. Each day, we hid 1 cache for the benefit of future Israel Trail hikers. Naturally, some of the caches are accessible by non 'Israel Trailers' while others are 4 hours of waking from the nearest road.
This cache is in the shade of an old tree, under some stones, in a hole. It is accessible from the main road although you will need to park about 25 meters down the road. Another option is to walk through Hasbani River also known as Snir Stream. The cache will then be conveniently located 100 meters outside of the western exit from the nature reserve.

The cache is packed with fun stuff so please keep it interesting for the cachers yet to come.
Enjoy

Yarive, Dina, Shalhevet & Eviatar
