This is the first of two caches we have placed as a
thank you to the local cachers for the enjoyment we have had in
this area since we began playing this game.
We placed this cache on a track we have enjoyed many times and hope
you do as well.
The terrain rating is a 4 because you need a four wheel drive or
would need to be very fit.
In a high clearance vehicle with low range we would class the track
as easy in the dry but could be difficult when wet.
IMPORTANT:- We have no way of knowing you or your vehicles
capabilities so please use common sense.
This track has some magnificent views a bit further down so after
finding the cache continue on, you will not be disappointed. If you
came in from the east you will have already seen them, but are best
viewed heading west.
There was nowhere to stop a vehicle at the best views so we placed
the it here for safety reasons.
With a bit of effort you could park 3 or 4 cars off the track near
GZ.
The cache name comes from the track name "Gollop Track" plus the
interesting rock formation near GZ
The Track and The Rocks
Note:-Trail bikes use this area and travel quite fast. So
please be considerate of other users
The cache is a 1lt sistema container not hidden in ithe obvious
location but not far from it.
