You are looking for a metal waterproof pill bottle (not the kind from the pharmacy) that has been camo'd very well to blend in with the surroundings. BYO tweezers or other tool of the trade for log removal, as well as writing implement... and above all else... your caching smile!! =D

The parking lot nearby is very busy. Stealthiness may be required.
This cache is in honor of my son, Coty James, and bears his name.
