Cache is a tribute to SuperDave_GPS and the original Spragues Road Pit Stop GCPYR1. As was the original, cache is elevated off the ground to keep it dry.
On August 20th 2007 we found our first geocache. Subsequently that cache was the Spragues Road Pit-Stop, we can still remember the excitement at finding our first cache. Sadly this one had done its time and we are sad to see it go. Many of you will remember taking the Trek down the old boardwalk to find this cache.
New cache contains some contents from the original cache. We have included the original logbooks for "reference". We found it amusing reading the logs, especially those that found it by accident. Try it yourself, you may just find your name already in the logbook.
