The footpath joins the tarmac road, Catsham Lane, and there is very little verge so please watch for cars and cyclists. Near the River Evenlode there is a field of Miscanthus giganteus (presumably a biofuel crop) on the west side of the road.
The cache is a greeen metal cigarette tube with a magnet - the pencil is gone! Please hide it at least as well as you have found it.
