While I feel that Geocaching.com should hold the location for the cache owner and block other cachers from placing a cache in the area around this cache for a reasonable amount of time, we can’t do so forever.

Nothing seems to happen with this cache listing, so it is now archived, so that someone else can place a cache in the area, and geocachers can once again enjoy visiting this location. Also, if it hasn’t been done already, please pick up any remaining cache bits as soon as possible.

If the owner wants it reopened, send me an e-mail and I’ll be happy to unarchive the cache listing if it still satisfies the requirement/guidelines.

PAPPERHAVN

Papper er en øygruppe som ligger nord-vest i Hvaler kommune. Papper strekker seg fra Utgårdkilen til Vauerkilen. Papper er delt inn i tre steder:

Papperhavn, som ligger i enden mot Utgårdkilen.

Papper, også kalt «Bukta», ligger i midten blant Papperøyene. Her er det en liten marina med muligheter for å kjøpe bensin og småvarer. Vegg til vegg med marinaen ligger Bukta Handel, som er en liten lokalbutikk. Rett ved siden av marinaen ligger det en restaurant/pub med muligheter for pizza og andre matretter samt drikke.

«Fredagshølet» ligger i utkanten av Papperøyene. Dette er et svært kjent sted for båtfolk som skal finne le for natten. Her kan båten ligge lunt og samtidig er det kort vei til marinaen i Papper. Dette er et kjekt sted å ligge om man f.eks. er på vei til Sverige.

Fra Papper kan man farte en liten tur over til de velkjente Søsterøyene, som sies å være svært gamle vulkanøyer. Det er en grotte på Nordre Søster som det går an å svømme inn i for deretter å ende opp på toppen av øyen.

Papper is an archipelago situated in the north-west of Hvaler municipality. Papper ranging from Utgård Kilen to Vauerkilen. Papper is divided into three areas:

Papperhavn, which is at the end against Utgård Kilen.

Papper, also known as "Bukta", is located in the middle among papper Islands. Here is a small marina with the ability to buy gasoline and food. Wall to wall of the marina is the Gulf of Trade, which is a small local shop. Right next to the marina, there is a restaurant / pub with opportunities for pizza and other food and drink.

"Fredagshølet" is situated on the outskirts of papper Islands. This is a very familiar place for boaters to find le for the night. Here the boat is sheltered, and at the same time it is a short distance to the marina in the papper. This is a fun place to be if you like. is on the way to Sweden.

From papper can gad a little trip over to visit the Sister Islands, which is said to be very old volcano islands. There is a cave on the North Sister as it is possible to swim in and then end up on top of the island.
