This is a kid and dog friendly walk in the park!
We held a geocaching camp for homeschoolers on Bainbridge Island and on our last day of camp we placed a cache! After walking around the park we chose a spot we all thought was perfect!
In a field where bunnies live year round,
where blackberries and rose hips ripen in the summer,
follow the paths to an "All Seasons" plaque,
and stop at the bench for a minute and wonder.
Now look around you and notice the five different paths,
where would those children hide their cache?
If you can see the water tower in the distance,
you are very warm and need no assistance.
The container is a larger snap and go and is filled to the brim with all kinds of kid friendly goodies! There are lego people, a duplo man, stuffed animals, mini cards, a flip picture book, stickers, etc. There is a log book and pencil. Please leave the pencil sharpener in the cache. Maybe the FTF would be interested in the real mini Bonzai tree?
We also designed our own Shrinky Dinks and attached them to a TB. We'd love to see that move!
Enjoy our cache! We had fun placing it!
