GENERAL RULES FOR CACHING IN IRAQ: This cache is located in a war zone. It is on a coalition controlled installation. You will need proper credentials to gain access to the area. Do not post logs that give any references to what is around the cache site or might otherwise compromise OPSEC.
What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. Just ask Carrot Top, Elvis, and Tom Jones. When Howard Hughes arrived in Vegas in the 60's, the mob was shifted out of the city, and corporate entertainment and huge venues soon followed.
Gambling in Iraq does exist. Sulymaniya, a city located near the border with Iran, and has long been considered a bastion of liberalism in a part of the world known for intolerance and chaotic bloodshed. It is there, Vitaly Kouznetov opened a casino. This casino doesn't need a coat check. It does however, have a gun check where you can store your AK while gambling away dinars.
I hope you enjoy this cache. It is a micro, metal 'Altoid' style container. There is only a log book, so bring your own pen. It has room for a small trackable. The container is 1" x 2". From the right angle, it is completely visible. No need to turn over any rocks or dig in the dirt.
