As this popular cache has been muggled many times I'm trying a disguised one this time (see spoiler pic) and have upped the difficulty to a D2 to reflect this. Don't forget to bring a pen and a pair of tweezers to extract the log book.
Please hide well before leaving.
Note: This cache was originally placed by zarbi&zarbibird, but as they have moved out of the area they kindly allowed The fire_star Team to take it over. Many thanks to zarbi&zarbibird for a nice little cache.
Morden Hall Park is a historic, picturesque park with meadows, waterways and old buildings. The original walled garden contains a garden centre, National Trust gift shop and a rather nice cafe and a car park. It is open from 8am-6pm.
There is now a visitor centre too called The Livinggreen Centre which opened on the 5th November 2011 and is focused on living in a green way and being friendly to the environment, information on green living, a few ‘stalls’ selling local ‘arty’ items and a very nice cafe. The park also offers a play area with swings, things to climb on and a zip-wire for children, a well equipped garden centre and a tropical fish shop.
The park has three different wildlife habitats: meadow, wetland and woodland, and Deen City Farm is a short walk away and is signposted. Please note though, Deen City Farm does not open on Mondays.
There are a number of caches in this beautiful park, this one was placed with kind permission of the National Trust. It is a small cache but with room for swaps.
You are looking for a small tubular container, please cover well as it has been muggled more than once.
