This cache is placed in a lot that recently had apartment complexes, but since were torn down. Very nice place for caches!
Once you find the contents of this cache, you will understand the name, please bring trade items, I want to diversify this cache as much as possible with cool new items. I'm starting with 5 kazoos, 4 balloons, 1 pad of play money and 1 set of Jack's and ball. The items that you put in don't have to relate to a party theme, I like anything! Please put back just as you found it!
Update Jan 2012: original went missing and was replaced with a PBN hanger with no room for trade items.
