3"x4"x5" Snapware near National Harbor
There is an easy to spot stone circle near this cache but it is hidden in the stone semi-circle. The location is a bit exposed but if you take a seat you should be able to make the quick grab without being too obvious. The only reason this is rated above 1 is that it's a little tricky to access the spot due to traffic. Just take your time and it shouldn't be an issue.
If you are driving into the National Harbor be aware that parking starts at $3 for the first hour. This cache is also accessible from the new hiker/biker trail connecting National Harbor, Oxon Hill Road, and Alexandria via the Woodrow Wilson Bridge. This trail is open, lighted and monitored 24/7.
