Located in Mendocino Woodlands State Park on mostly paved road. Take Road 409 (Casper-Little Lake Rd) to Road 408. Turn left at Mendocino Woodlands State Park sign. May have jumpy coords due to dense tree cover. Road is open year-round. If you keep going after you find the cache, it will take you to beautiful Big River. Nice walk to a swimming area, often warm in the summer. There is a small area off the side of the road to park maybe 2 cars.
Cache is a regular sized camo'd container with a logbook, pencil, other interesting swag, and a chance at luck for the FTF. Also enclosed is a disposable camera, so please take a picture and replace the camera in the cache. the photos will be published to the website in the future. Light trail started to the cache, no need to walk across trees or get very low. Well camo'd.
