You are searching for a 1 L sistema container containing the usual swaps and a scratchie for the first to find. Check out this old bridge and be careful not to make too much noise as you cross so as not to wake those who reside below. Suggest avoiding GZ between 0600-0800, 1500-1600 and 1800-2000 as these are shift change over times at Bluescope Steel with many people driving/riding past the GZ. Thanks to djillusions24 who suggested a larger size for the cache. The 400ml has now been replaced with a 1L. Also thanks to kcs4gc for the following history on this structure: It is a section of a much larger bridge that was originally built for pedestrians to cross over the main road inside the Bluescope (originally Lysaghts, then BHP, then BHP Billiton, then BHP Steel and now Bluescope Steel) plant. However, after one too many times being knocked down by large forklifts, it was decided to remove the bridge and use a pedestrian crossing instead. The bridge was cut into pieces, and placed in various places throughout the Peninsula. So if you've seen a similar bridge somewhere else, that's why!
