Toki Messe #1

Toki Messe is a nickname of the convention hotel and operating institution group on Niigata-shi, Niigata Chuo-ku Bandai island. It opened on May 1, 2003. Since the "palpitation ramen-noodles Bandai island" which the store of the Niigata ramen noodles accumulated is located in the opposite side of Toki Messe, please drop in after looking for cash. Be careful of muggles.

朱鷺メッセは、信濃川河口に近い新潟港の一角を国際交流・経済産業振興の拠点として整備する「万代島地区再開発事業」によって建設された。1992年に新潟県が整備方針を決定し、2000年10月に建設工事着工、2003年5月に全面開業した。再開発全体のデザインは槇文彦が率いる槇総合計画事務所が担当し、県の「新潟コンベンションセンター」と民間の「万代島ビル」を全長350mの屋内歩廊「エスプラナード」とアトリウムで連結、周辺の緑地を含めて一体的に整備した。
