Sekiyabunsui memory Park
The observatory of the Sekiyabunsui memory Park can enjoy the view of the high angle. In small Harinohama, Yahiko / Kakuda, Sekiya diverted water, the Niigata port area, a city area, the park, there is the bronze statue of "the Yokoyama Taihei old man" of the ancient people who advocated necessity of "Sekiyabunsui" eagerly first.
関屋分水記念公園の展望台は高角度の眺望が楽しめます。小針浜、弥彦・角田、関屋分水、新潟港方面、市街地、公園内には、最初に「関屋分水」の必要性を熱心に唱えた、先人の「横山太平翁」の銅像も有ります。
