Located in N. Richland, just drive as if you're going to the Richland Airport. The terrain is flat concrete, but the cache is not reachable from a wheelchair. BYOP
Yes, we take pride in the Pacific Northwest, but this may not be one of the things we can necessarily "brag" about. There are a few of these scattered about, but most of us drive right past them! We prefer going where we can buy a soda and a bag of chips to go. ; )
