After logging thousands of air miles traveling the world over the past years, CascadesClimber and I decided to try something different and take the train to Montana to visit our kids and grandgirls. It was so refreshing to climb on board the Empire Builder, kick back in what felt like was first class, and watch the world go by. I grew up in Kelso and remember the station back in the older days. So, I’m happy to see they’ve done extensive remodeling and taken such good care of this historical landmark. I’m excited to show it off to all of you! They have done a fantastic job of making it a fun stop on your way to somewhere exciting. Be sure to go inside and see the adorable little girl sitting on a steamer trunk! Makes you go “Awww!” VERY MUGGLY at times! Just take your time, act like you’re on the phone, taking pics, waiting for a train and bored, etc. This a nano size cache so BYOP. Cache On!
