One of a series of caches around the Littleworth/Bentley area of Redditch that can either be done singularly or as a loop.
The area was a nice void of caches close to us so we thought we would add a few!
Some of the footpaths in this area run through private gardens and fields with livestock. Stiles are not dog friendly and there are electric fences - usual rules apply.
The location given is not that of the cache but the middle of the adjacent field!
A constellation is a group of stars that, when seen from Earth, form a pattern. The stars in the sky are divided into 88 constellations.
The brightest constellation is Crux (the Southern Cross). The constellation with the greatest number of visible stars in it is Centaurus (the Centaur - with 101 stars). The largest constellation is Hydra (The Water Snake) which extends over 3.158% of the sky.
How many main stars do certain constellations have?
The cache is located at:
N 52 Dorado + TriangulumAustrale + Phoenix + Cepheus . (Crater * Columba) + Draco + Cancer
W 2 Delphinius - Crux . (Lynx ^ Sagitta) - (Equuleus - Fornax)
You can check your answers for this puzzle on Geochecker.com .
The cache contains part coordinates for another hide at "Copse Corner" - don't forget to note them!
