The Wakefield Way is a 75 mile walking route around the Wakefield Metropolitan District and offers an introduction to the area's variety of attractive landscapes and wealth of history.
This cache is the eighth cache on a section from Middlestown to Horbury Bridge. The route takes you firstly through fields and then down down through woods and lanes to Horbury Bridge through some very picturesque scenery.
This cache is located below a very familiar disused landmark on the A642 at Horbury Bridge
The paths in this section of the Wakefield Way are buggy and wheelchair friendly.
