Decided to place a few more caches in the Big River Management Area. Best way to get to this one is parking on Congdon Mill Rd off of Rt 3 (Nooseneck Hill Rd). There is a dirt parking lot before/after (depending which way you go in) a one way bridge. You will see a gate which then leads to the main trail. The trail is Sweet Sawmill Rd, which also connects to Burnt Sawmill Rd which you may be familiar with from the caches Off the Hook, Big River Ramble, AT Cache, etc.
I placed this one after seeing a rusted old mail box with a sweatshirt connected to the rod and therefore I came up with the name "Scary Mail." Cache is located in that vicinity.
Cache container is a 35mm Film Canister with only a log, so BYOP.
Lastly, the cache is located in the Big River Management Area, which requires you to wear at least 200 inches of solid flourescent orange from the third Sunday in October through the last day of February and also the last Thursday in April through the last day in May.
Happy caching!
*No hint, cache seems to be moving around in that area but stays in the general area, but if you see the "SCARY MAIL," then you know are in the correct spot*
