This cache is located near one of the 7 lakes formed within
volcanic craters in the beautiful island of Flores in the
Portuguese islands of the Azores.
The cache can be found near a beautiful lake which has formed in an
extint volcanic crater named Logoa Funda. The cache location is
easily accessible by vehicle on nicely paved roads. The view is
gourgeous and well worth the trip!!
This is a small cache container (tupperware) containing a log book,
coins, several small items, and a travel bug. This cache will be
maintained by a local relative which resides on the
island.
