Another in the By Boot or by Boat series. This might be a tough one by boot.

Monksville Reservoir is one of northern NJ's most popular paddling and fishing destinations for a good reason. It's a scenic place to paddle and lunker fish prowl the depths There are excellent hiking trails surrounding the reservoir as well. You may need a flashlight for this one, or at least be willing to reach blindly into dark places.
