Phebe's Arcade: R.I.P. Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

BlueMoth: I came by with Dr.Safeway today to pick up the container. I could not find it, but found bits of the cache swag scattered all over the ground. I am laying this one to rest and opening up the area for another cacher to place something. Thanks to all who hunted out Phoebe's Arcade and Happy Caching.

Geocache Description:

A lovely resting place, Arcade Cemetery, dedicated in 1886. The land was donated by John C. Miller who held an original land donation grant here in North Plains.

There are many beautiful headstones in this small cemetery, my favorite is the one belonging to Oregon pioneer Phebe Bennett who died in 1886.

Please respect your surroundings and take time to visit with those residing here. There are many North Plains pioneers and a few civil war veterans.

Look carefully for the road leading into the cemetery. There is no gate and no posted hours. The usual dawn until dusk visiting times are probably best.

You are looking for a small waterproof container. Please put it back as you found it. BYOP.

For the FTF is a glass blue moth.

Congratulations to PhantomTech for FTF!!
