ON THE BEACH -- A Super Muggle Challenge Returns! This cache is placed to replace a great cache of the same name originally located here but archived when its owner moved from town. (Heck I even copied their original background image!)
This cache should be an easy find close to Hammondsport, NY, a town that I sometimes refer to as Greater Norman Rockwellville, a little lake village on the south end of Keuka Lake, in the heart of wine country.
Extra special care and stealth will be needed to retrieve and replace this cache, especially in the summer months. To increase the difficulty you are looking for a nano-cache container. There are times this location will be crawling with muggles so please exercise good stealth.
Please be careful when opening the cache container!!! The magnet may fall out and if it does the cache goes kaput! Exercise extreme caution! I will have to try and glue the magnet in place at some point but for now please do your best to not lose it. Also please return the cache to its original hiding spot as best as you can.
This is a nano so no room for trade items and please bring your own pen. And again please be careful not to lose the magnet when opening this cache.
Enjoy the view of the lake and surrounding hills while you are here. It's beautiful. Take a photo and share it here with your log entry (not a requirement for a successful find log). Then walk up to the village and browse the shops and have an ice-cream. Do some other caches that are within walking distance! Come back and visit again!
