An easy find in a peaceful local botanic garden. Please read the description!
This cache is listed as a Mystery to be sure that people respect the hours of the garden and the garden property. Listed coordinates are for the garden entrance.
The Kruckeberg Botanic Garden was founded in 1958 by University of Washington Botany professor Dr. Art Kruckeberg and his wife Mareen. The garden is a haven for native plants, birds, and those who love nature. The garden is now a part of the Shoreline Parks Department.
The cache was placed in coordination with the Garden Director; please be respectful of the garden, its hours, and its neighbors! The only access to the cache is through the garden entrance during the designated hours. On closed days, the garden is a private residence.
Park Hours: March—October: Friday—Sunday, 10am—5pm
November—February: Friday—Sunday, 10am—3pm
(the garden is closed during the weeks of Thanksgiving and Christmas)
Street parking is limited. Dogs are welcome!

The cache is a small, green Lock & Lock with nature themed contents. Have a wonderful time looking around and learning about the mission of the garden!
