This series of caches is dedicated to the state of the economy in
2009. Many long existing business have disappeared, although the
buildings still stand. Until some economic stimulation comes their
way, there's no telling how long they will remain empty. Until
then, go caching at the site. In this case, the cache site becoming
suddenly unavailable would be a good thing! The sites are all
legally accessible, but stealth and discretion is needed as always.
