A simple cache to highlight a neat area in Toledo. I've had trouble keeping this cache here, so now I have hidden a different type of hide. It seems to be a bit tricky, I will up the difficulty..
Every time we have been by this spot, I think there should be a cache here so that people will come see this little stretch of boardwalk/dock area and enjoy the flowers and the water. Wheelchair accessible if one can reach down a bit
