Cette cache est placée près du cimetière des fondateurs de Tracadie où a été dévoilé, lors du CMA 2009, un monument en l'honneur du premier Basque à s'être installé à Tracadie. Michel Bastarache, dit 'Le Basque' était un de mes ancêtres puisque ma mère est une Basque.
Cette cache représente également le point de départ de mon Travel Bug 'Acadian Traveler' qui devrait se rendre en Louisianne, en France et puis me revenir au Canada.
The cache is near the early settlers cemetary in Tracadie. During the acadian congress in 2009 a monument was built to remember Michel Bastarache, aka 'Le Basque' who was one of my ancestors since my mother is a Basque.
The cache is also the starting point of my 'Acadian Traveler' travel bug that's supposed to go to Louisianna, then to France, and finally come back home in Canada.
