MONASTERIO DE PIEDRA
Cuenta la
Historia que en el año 1194 el rey don Alfonso II y su esposa donan
el castillo árabe llamado de "Pena Vieja'' a los monjes del
monasterio de Poblet para construir un monasterio y consolidar la
fe cristiana en toda la zona.
Lo que
invito a visitar realmente es el magnífico vergel que a los pies
del monasterio nos hace disfrutar de un paraje único.
Para su
visita utilizad calzado cómodo, a ser posible de montaña,
chubasquero en invierno, os mojaréis, seguro.
Para una
tranquila visita se necesitan, por lo menos, dos horas.

El cache se
encuentra fuera del recinto, cerca del aparcamiento. No es
necesario pagar entrada para llegar a él, pero recomiendo
encarecidamente su visita al monasterio que es el verdadero
tesoro.

The cache is located outside the compound, near the carpark. No
entrance fee is required to reach it, but strongly recommend that
your visit to the monastery is the real treasure.
