Ode to the Goats

Twas the night before caching when all through the din
the Goats were both waiting to hear from MadMin
The GPS was hanging on the bed stand not far
for Nanny to grab on their way to the car.
When all of a sudden the computer did shout
the Goats then knew it was time to go out.
Their 10,000th cache had a rating of four
But neither one worried they’d done those before.
Spoiler sprang to her spot on the auto’s back seat
A cute little dog with four tiny feet.
Fred got the info then threw open the door
and shouted to Nanny the new given coord.
Away they did drive as fast as they could
it was time to find the new cache in the wood.
Spoiler leaped from the car with her nose to the ground
and soon did she bark ‘cuz the cache they had found.
Word got out to Gworol, Fred’s Fault, Geo Pi,
Fkrol, Orion, and Windsorhill5.
“We’ve made it, we’ve made it, finally at last,
10,000 caches! Let’s have a blast!”
But we’ll celebrate quickly, there’s no time to lose
there’re caches out there, not by one, but by twos!
As we heard them exclaim as they drove out of sight
“Happy caching to all, 50 more by tonight!”
