This cache is a Decon Container.
Cache is located just off a fire road above Scholl Canyon, Glendale, California. There are a few moderately steep hills. Total elevation change is less than 100'. The hike is less than 0.15 miles, each way. Best parking is off of Sleepy Hollow Place just below fire gate.
This hiking trail/fire road is used by several locals of the canyon in which we live. F0T0M0M hikes here fairly regularly and enjoys the panoramic view. On a clear day you can see the ocean, even Catalina Island, to the south. To the north you can enjoy the San Gabriel Mountains. In the west you can see the San Fernando Valley, and to the East you can see parts of Pasadena and Mount Baldy (if it's very clear).
