Hope to see you all next year!
3rd or 4th weekend of Oct. (I'm leaning toward Oct.16th--if you have any druthers, please let me know!)
Have fun out there!

Geocache Description:

The date of the event is Saturday, October 24, 2009.

We're having a meet-n-greet event the night before to catch up with the out-of-towners.

For Friday evening:
The Luna Mansion has been re-opened under new ownership and their food is fantastic! The steaks are the specialty. It's pricey ($14 to $36+), but well worth it for a gorgeous historic building, white linens, antiques, and...finally, again...great food. Jeans OK. We'll meet up there at 6:30 Friday night. If you arrive early, I'll see you upstairs in the bar. I need a head count for reservations Coords below under "additional waypoints".

For Saturday:
All new, unpublished, permanent caches will be in Valencia County, NM. Here's what we've got so far:
Weatherbug&XRN--3 caches
ire_knee--5 caches
Never Boring--1 cache
tealeaf--1 cache
Team Tuxawuxa--1 cache
albuquerquebill--1 cache
CacheU and Sam-I-AM--2 caches
cyclegreen--3 caches
suz55tbird--13 caches

for a total of 30 new caches for the day.
Thanks to all the cache hiders!

Meet up for cache info distribution at Los Lunas River Park (on Main Street--Hwy.6--in Los Lunas), just east of the Rio Grande (the coordinates at the top of the cache page).
We'll be there starting at 9:00-ish, with coffee and other breakfast-type beverages. (If anyone would like to contribute ingredients or edibles, that would be cool --email me.)
Arrive anytime between 9 and 10:00 a.m.; 10:00 is the cache launch time. I'll have the new cache info on paper and on GSAK, so bring your GPSr cable if you want to download.
If you cannot arrive by 10:00 a.m., we'll make arrangements to get you the info (contact me beforehand off-cache page).

Then, meet up at Teofilo's (N 34 48.484, W 106 44.186) any time after 4:30 to wrap up the caching/prize portion of the event. We'll be in the back room. (Dinner is optional, from the menu. Beer and wine available.)
The deadline for returning with your cache info is 5:30 p.m.
Please keep the event on your watchlist, and feel free to email me if you have any questions.
