Geocache Description:


This cache will take you to a magnificent view of the ocean and beach from a high vantage point in an area known as Pipeline Beach Park.

The view is as close to an aerial one as possible without flying!

There is often a strong breeze blowing and is probably one of the best places to fill your lungs with some nice clean, fresh, sea air.

Although the terrain will present no problems for most adults, it does require a steep descent for approximately ten meters (and an ascent back up again!).

The path down to the cache has natural earth steps retained by logs and is not recommended in wet weather. It should also NOT be attempted by small children.

The path is usually not busy so muggles shouldn't be a problem but be on the lookout nonetheless.
