Quick P&G in isolated section away from much traffic. This one
is strictly for the numbers. Best to park behind Hong Kong. I
bumped up the overall difficulty due to the fact that you must
exercise extreme stealth, as there will be muggles looking directly
at you during certain times of the day. I found it best to get this
one very early in the morning (when I placed).
