The evil eyes continue again. Not content with just eyes placed in towers,there have been eyes placed on steeds as well. To paraphrase the steed's handlers:
Ten mobile units conduct eye enforcement in school zones, playground zones and construction zones. The enforced areas must be identified by standard playground and school zone signs.
This is one of the main zones of the wandering eyes. If one of the wandering eyes is in attendance then a picture would be an extra bonus to your log. If you know any other main locations of wandering eyes let Eye Of Sauron know and he will visit a cache upon its location!
Taking a picture or giving me a location of another one will give you a free pat on the back from the Evil Eye. This is not a requirement to log the cache just a bonus. This location was brought to the Eye's attention by grey4runner who now is classed as an official Evil Minion.
